Dolphin Yoga Weightloss Competition

Weigh-Ins will be on Thursdays from 7:30-8:30pm starting on November 8th

Final weigh-in Thursday, March 6th.

Have you been struggling with losing your baby weight, even if you child is grown? We are looking for a group of people who are dedicated to losing a healthy percentage of body weight in a fun competition with their fellow Dolphin Yoga peers. This competition will be run similarly to NBC's Biggest Loser Competition. You will have the opportunity to have support from DYDC's certified personal trainer, fitness class instructors, nutrition counselor and our other clients who are as dedicated to healthy living as you are. Everyone who joins the program will have a 2 hour initial consultation to assess where you are at and set healthy goals for the duration of the program. The program includes a 4 month unlimited fitness class card, a one hour semi-private personal training session per week (you will be placed with 2-3 other program participants), a 30 minuted private nutrition consult per week, unlimited email and phone support and the weekly group weigh in meeting with a lecture following to assist you in reaching your goal. The winner of this competition will be the person with the biggest weight loss percentage and will win a free year of classes at DYDC! So, no matter how much weight you want to lose, if you want a fun and challenging way to improve your health this competition is for you!
